The mission of the 43d Operations Support Squadron is to provide uncompromising support to the men and women of the 43d Operations Group. We have many functional areas within the unit, but all with the same goal: Provide whatever is needed, whenever required, to " GET THE STUFF TO THE FIGHT!" 

The OSS supports the Air Force Mission both at Pope Air Force Base, and around the world. We have assisted with operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as countless efforts in other regions. Throughout, members of the OSS have become force multipliers supporting Air Force and Joint Force Commanders.
