3d Aerial Port Squadron
The primary mission of 3d APS is to operate a fixed tactical air terminal facility supporting airland and aerial delivery of personnel and equipment. The squadron supports training, exercise and contingency operations of collocated Air Combat Command, Air Mobility Command and Army airborne forces. 3d APS maintains a flexible air terminal force capable of worldwide follow-on deployment |

43d Civil Engineer Squadron
Our mission is extensive - we plan, design, build, repair, and maintain facilities, and, in addition, we are responsible for fire protection, readiness, disaster preparedness, explosive ordnance disposal, and environmental stewardship. 43d Communications Squadron
To provide command and control, communications, computer, network, air traffic control and landing systems, meteorological, information management, and visual information services for the 43d Airlift Wing, 23d Fighter Group, tenant units, and elements of XVIII Airborne Corps. Supplies and maintains vital worldwide deployable communications systems to support deployment of the wing's forces. |

43d Contracting Squadron
Plans and executes multi-million dollar acquisition program in support of the 43d Airlift Wing and tenant units. Creates, sustains, and protects combat capability by acquiring construction, services, and commodities through streamlined procedures. Ensures mission accomplishment by providing superior business direction. Provides global support for Air Force and joint contracting taskings to both build-up and sustain contingency operations. |

43d Logistics Readiness Squadron
Provides premier supply, transportation, and logistical planning support to create, sustain, and protect combat capability. Ensures sustainment of forward theater contingency operations through precision deployment of all parts, personnel, vehicle maintenance capability, and support equipment. Assumes C2 for readiness, deployment, and equipment of logistical operations for contingencies and exercises. |

43d Mission Support Squadron
Enhances combat readiness of 43d Airlift Wing and two tenant groups. Provides combat capable forces through manpower/mil/civ personnel support. Generates combat readiness by training/supporting our forces/families through Education Services, Airman Leadership School, First Term Airmen Center, and Family Support Center. Prepares personnel for worldwide deployment and maintains personnel accountability during contingency operations. |

43d Security Forces Squadron
Provides force protection planning, training, and operations support for 43d Airlift Wing, 23d Fighter Group, 11 tenant units, and XVIII Airborne Corps personnel who deploy with their equipment from this strategically vital operating base. Maintains constant readiness for worldwide contingency deployments. Enforces applicable laws and regulations. Manages critical personnel, information, and industrial security. |

43d Services Squadron
Provides comprehensive programs and services to support the 43d Airlift Wing. Prepared to deploy anywhere in the world to support those missions with food services, fitness and recreation, lodging, laundry service, and mortuary affairs. Administers morale, welfare, and recreation programs for a base of over 12,000 active/civilian personnel and their dependents. |
