- Not wearing seat belts
- Not wearing hats outside
- Hands in pockets
- Cell phones while driving
- Smoking in non-designated smoking areas
- No rank insignia on GoreTex jackets
- Improper patches on uniforms
- Not using a "spotter" while backing a government vehicle
- GOV cleanliness
- GOV handover documentation (Form 1800 sign off)
