43d AMOG supports joint airdrop training on Green Ramp
POPE ARMY AIRFIELD, N.C. — Airmen from the 43d Air Mobility Squadron maintenance flight wait to marshal a C-130J Hercules loaded with paratroopers from the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division during night operations on Green Ramp here Oct. 26. The aircraft and crew from the 317th Airlift Wing at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, flew missions out of Pope Field all week with support from the 43d Air Mobility Operations Group here, ensuring readiness of Airmen and Soldiers supporting America’s Global Response Force.
