Chief Master Sergeant Jeremiah L. Clark is the Command Chief Master Sergeant at the 43d Air Mobility Operations Group, Pope Army Airfield, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He is the senior enlisted advisor to the Commander on all issues affecting readiness, morale, welfare, safety, training, and professional development of the group’s six squadrons and over 650 personnel. The 43d AMOG provides support to the XVIII Airborne Corps, 82nd Airborne Division, Joint Special Operations Command, and the nearly 3,000 Airmen and civilians from four Major Commands, and Joint Staff assigned to Pope Army Airfield. The Group is prepared to meet short-notice, humanitarian, and worldwide mobility taskings to secure national objectives and executes over 30 percent of all Joint Airborne and Air Transportability Training missions flown by Air Mobility Command in support of the United States Army. Furthermore, the Group provides combatant commanders with Airborne Joint Forcible Entry, combat airlift, aerial port, command and control, as well as other enabling capabilities. Chief Clark entered active duty in April 2006.
CMSgt Clark began his career as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician supporting the F-117 Nighthawk and F-22 Raptor before retraining to become an MQ-9 Sensor Operator. CMSgt Clark directly supported operations IRAQ FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM, FREEDOM’s SENTINEL, INHERENT RESOLVE, and other operations around the globe. Prior to this assignment, Chief Clark was the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for Joint Task Force INDOPACOM where he led 250 joint force personnel conducting special operations throughout the Indo-Pacific in support of 1200 Joint and Combined forces.
