Provides privileged communication, which is absolute, 100% confidential counseling with no duty to report anything. Individuals may receive counseling for anything, including: relationships, spiritual issues, workplace issues, suicide, sexual assault, grief, mental health issues, transition, deployment, legal concerns, financial issues, health concerns, substance abuse issues, bullying, ethical and moral issues, etc.  The Chapel also provides spiritual care in the form of religious services such as weddings, funerals, and memorials. Finally, the chapel offers training in communication, pre-marital training, singles workshops, retreats, and more.
