Senior Airman Brittany Goff, 43rd Logistics Readiness Squadron vehicle operations dispatcher, checks the dispatch log while working a New Years Eve/Day shift Dec. 31. Airman Goff said she and the other personnel on shift are there in case a plane landed at Pope. “We provide assistance to the aircrew making sure they are taken care of while they are here, especially during the holiday seasons,” said Airman Goff. “Whether it is at 9 p.m. or 2 a.m. we ensure they get everything they need.” Airman Goff said she enjoyed working the revised holiday schedule as she was able to spend time with her family in Maryland over Christmas.
