POPE ARMY AIRFIELD, N.C. — Airman 1st Class Braeden Pendergrass, 43d Air Mobility Squadron Aerial Port load team member, awaits direction as Airmen from the 22nd Airlift Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., prepare a C-5M Super Galaxy to receive a 45,000-pound Federal Aviation Administration power generator on Green Ramp here Sept. 27. The generator will be used to supply power for air traffic control operations in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria’s strike on the island, ensuring the steady flow of relief supplies.
