Team Pope Highlight: Staff Sgt. Jorge Rodriguez

TEAM POPE HIGHLIGHT: This #TeamPopeHighlight features Staff Sgt. Jorge Rodriguez from the 43rd Force Support Squadron. Rodiguez is touted by his leadership as a pivotal leader in Pope Army Airfield’s Unaccompanied Housing Program where he ensures that quality of life standards are met for more than 300 transitioning #TeamPope Airmen each year. Of his many talents, his expertise in executing budget requirements, coordinating maintenance services and providing exceptional customer service. Last quarter, Rodriguez swiftly coordinated dormitory inspections and oversaw the submission of 144 service orders. These were crucial in securing $1.25 million in fiscal year 2025 funding for essential renovations. While accomplishing this, his supervisor observed Rodriguez’s dedication and leadership to significantly enhance the living conditions for all residents.
