Master Sgt. Shannon Midgette, 43rd Force Support Squadron; Tech. Sgt. Tiffanie Dixon, 43rd Medical Support Squadron; and Senior Airman Marc Rodriques, 43rd Comptroller Squadron stand, with Col. James Johnson, 43rd Airlift Wing Commander, June 24, in the Airman and Family Readiness Center. The Airmen were recognized for their service as Victim Advocates with the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response program for more than four years.

These extraordinary Airmen have performed duties as on-call Victim Advocates and have exceeded expectations by briefing at the First Term Airmen Center, NCO Development courses and pre-deployment briefings. Sergeant Dixon stepped up to perform duties as the primary Victim Advocate for five months through the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator's recent deployment. During this time, Sergeant Midgette conducted numerous briefings and Airman Rodrigues continued his service to the program while deployed to Southeast Asia. These Airmen have been recognized for their selfless service.
