Q: I would like to change my Primary Care Manager (PCM). How is this accomplished?

A: If you would like to change your PCM, stop by the TRICARE office (located in the basement of the MPF). They will have you complete a PCM change form. Family members have the option to switch from a provider in the clinic or may choose a civilian network provider. Active duty members are assigned to a Pope PCM according to their assigned unit. The PCM change form can also be downloaded at https://www/hnfs.net/bene/enrollment/ Web site and mailed in or you may also take it to the Womack TRICARE Service Center located on Fort Bragg.
