Col. Stan Dougherty, Air Mobility Command inspector general team commander, congratulates Team Pope on their "Excellent" rating on the Unit Compliance Inspection Tuesday. The base theater was filled with people from different units who took pride in their ratings. People brought in clappers, horns and Col. Timothy Zadalis, 43rd Airlift Wing Commander, had the fever for more cow bell.
