With the upcoming Unit Compliance Inspection in February, Airmen need to consider not only meeting technical order requirements and checklists, but the seemingly small things Airmen may forget.

To avoid letting the little things get you a write up, make sure you have the following:
- Restricted area badge
- Ear protection
- Gloves, if required
- Reflective belts
- Necessary safety gear
- Eye protection
- If jewelry is unauthorized, make sure you aren't wearing any
- Make sure your hair is properly secure
- Ensure you are wearing the proper headgear: no cover on flightline, hardhats when necessary, etc.
