NCO Professional Enhancement Seminar grads Published Oct. 12, 2006 POPE AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Nineteen students graduated Oct. 5 from Pope's NCO Professional Enhancement Seminar sponsored by the Top 3 Association. The seminar is designed to fill the gap between Airman Leadership School and the NCO Academy.
