NCO Professional Enhancement Seminar grads

Nineteen students graduated Oct. 5 from Pope's NCO Professional Enhancement Seminar sponsored by the Top 3 Association. The seminar is designed to fill the gap between Airman Leadership School and the NCO Academy. The students learned about their enlisted heritage, mentoring, counseling, discipline, team building, writing feedbacks and enlisted performance reports, retention issues, inspector general issues and much more.
