WWII vet's widow loans Pope Medal of Honor

Col. Timothy Zadalis, 43rd Airlift Wing Commander, shares pictures and stories Jan. 4 with the family of the late Lt. Col. Jay Zeamer, Jr., 43rd Bombardment Group (Heavy) in her home in Winchester, Mass. Colonel Zadalis presented certificates of appreciation to Colonel Zeamer's wife, Barbara, and daughters Jayne, Sandra and Jacque as well as Susan and Marcia (not pictured). Mrs. Zeamer loaned all of her husbands medals, including the Medal of Honor, Purple Heart, Air Medals and Distinguished Flying Cross to the 43rd AW.
