The scene of the "accident." Simulated sodium hypochlorite spills onto the tracks during an exercise. The "bleach" was actually green, dyed water but was said to have mixed with battery acid, fertilizer and other chemicals stored near the Self-Help building. The reaction created a "hazardous" plume of chlorine gas - simulated with the help of a smoke machine.
