Speak your mind Published July 27, 2006 POPE AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Air Mobility Command Services cares what you think. To prove it, they will be conducting a second customer feedback survey this year. The survey, to be conducted during the first two weeks in August, is a valuable customer feedback tool and will be instrumental in helping AMC Services design and develop programs that Airmen, their families and the Air Force want and need. AMC Services realizes the importance of customer perception and strongly encourages survey recipients to use this opportunity to complete the survey to voice how AMC is doing. The feedback data will also be used to create a comparative analysis of AMC Services programs and facilities. Customer feedback surveys will be mailed directly to work stations for active duty and DoD personnel. They will include a pre-addressed return envelope. Retirees will receive questionnaires at their homes and will be provided with a postage paid return envelope. Survey recipients are randomly selected from base listings.
